Shipping Policy

At The Hourglass Journey, we are committed to delivering your foundation garments safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Order Processing Times

Every order is carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch. Please allow 3 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive an Order Confirmation Email immediately after your purchase, followed by a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates begin after the 3-business-day processing period.

United States & Canada: 7 business days after dispatch.

United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Australia: 7–10 business days after dispatch.

Rest of the World: 10–16 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier logistics or customs processing. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at thehourglassjourney@gmail.com with your name and order number.

3. Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on all orders to the United States and Canada — no minimum order required. For all other international destinations, shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, it may take up to 48 hours for your tracking link to update with the carrier. You can track your package directly through the link provided in your Shipment Confirmation Email. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

5. Changes to Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at thehourglassjourney@gmail.com. While we will make every effort to accommodate changes before processing, we cannot guarantee modifications once the order has entered the fulfillment stage.
